Meditation is a powerful tool for transformation and contributes immeasurably to well-being. It’s not dreamy, new-agey, or woo-woo. It has practical, scientifically proven benefits. It’s my mission to demystify it, strip away common myths, and help others to discover the benefits for themselves.
Arrive is a mindfulness project that I developed to help you find what works for YOU. The way we do this is through experimentation with different techniques, community interaction, and a little bit of accountability. I teach meditation and mindfulness workshops locally in Taos, New Mexico, where the project is based, but I also teach online – a new course will be announced soon!
