Meditation is a powerful tool for transformation and contributes immeasurably to well-being. It’s not dreamy, new-agey, or woo-woo. It has practical, scientifically proven benefits like improved focus, stress reduction, and increased empathy for others. It’s my mission to demystify it, strip away common myths, and help others to discover the benefits for themselves.
I completed 100 hours of teacher training in 2016, and then embarked on a period of independent study before developing Arrive – a mindfulness project to help you find what works for YOU. The way we do this is through experimentation with different techniques, community interaction, and a little bit of accountability. I teach workshops locally in Taos, New Mexico, where I live, but I also teach online – look for new course offerings coming soon!
