Hi! I’m Mel.

I’m an artist. I’m a writer. I also teach meditation, which happens to be one of my biggest passions. Why? Because I have experienced firsthand its transformative power. I used to suffer daily from depression and anxiety – I’d been in counseling and on & off medications since I was a teenager. But it wasn’t until I discovered mindfulness that my life really began to change. And yours can, too.

We spend our lives hurried, rushed, anxious, and stressed out. What if you could live a life that brought you more joy? What if you could enjoy the little moments more? What if you could have less problems?

I can help you do that – really!

Through my in-person meditation and mindfulness workshops in Taos and northern New Mexico, and through my online teachings, I help people to arrive at their true selves, and to live their best lives. And I want you to have that ability, as well. Please note that I don’t believe meditation is a cure-all. But it CAN help, as part of a comprehensive mental health treatment plan.
